This institute has been established by a society namely Virendra Singh Memorial Sewa Samiti. The proposal of opening the ITI was concluded on 28th Oct. 2012 in a meeting of Management committee of the society.

VSMPITI is situated on the Lucknow Kanpur Highway near Vijay Nagar Police Chowki under the Krishna Nagar Police Station. It is 1 km west from the main highway.

The institute falls under category- II as the trades/units have not been yet affiliated to NCVT.
 

Mrs. Neelam Singh has founded the institute in the memory of their regarded father-in-law Late Sri Virendra Singh in order to pay their little contribution in the human resource development of India by giving the today's youth a stand in the race of jobs through enriching them with vocational and technical education.

It is 1 km west from the main highway.This ITI is mainly funded by the Manager/Secretary Mrs. Neelam Singh of the society who is also the Manager/Director of the Institute. Other members of the society have also duly provided their contribution in developing this institute.
